Fredericktown played host to Liberty Union, Jan. 27, in a non-conference matchup, and while the Lions controlled the first half, the Freddies came on even bigger in the second half to down Liberty Union 61-43. After being down 29-23 at halftime, Fredericktown amassed a 38-14 second-half advantage to win their eight in a row and increase their season record to 10-7, 6-5 in KMAC. The loss sent Liberty Union home with a 9-11 mark, 6-4 in Mid-State Buckeye play.
