Knox County Career Center Schools (KCCC) will host an Open House and First Chance Application Night on Thursday, November 20, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The event is open to the public and aims to highlight the achievements and progress of current students. Business partners, alumni, community members, students, and their families are invited to attend.

According to KCCC, “Join us for an evening where we'll showcase & celebrate the incredible work, talent, and growth of our current students! We look forward to seeing our business partners, alumni, community members, and current students & their families.”

The First Chance Application Night gives high school sophomores an opportunity to apply in person for KCCC’s two-year programs during the event. Sophomores can also tour program labs. Juniors can learn more about the Pre-Professional Mentorship program designed for seniors. Computers will be available in the cafe area for students who wish to submit applications on-site.

KCCC stated that those unable to attend in person can still apply online: “Can't make it in person? No problem! Our application window is open on Thursday, November 20th from 4:30-midnight by visiting our website - knoxcc.org and clicking on ‘Apply Now’ in the upper right corner of the website.”

Questions about the event or application process can be directed via email at [email protected] or by calling 740-397-5820.
