Mount Vernon will soon welcome a major new real estate development as Pennsylvania‑based Inch & Co. prepares to break ground on its latest multi‑family project.

Cade Pribula, the company’s vice president of capital markets, announced that a groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for June 9 at the Newark Road site, marking the official start of construction.

The project, known as The Flats at Liberty Crossing, will bring a 240‑unit apartment community to the city. Inch & Co. plans to develop the site into a modern residential community designed to meet growing housing demand in the region. The development represents one of the company’s largest undertakings outside Pennsylvania, where it has built a substantial portfolio of industrial, commercial, and multi‑family properties.

Inch & Co. Development focuses on designing, constructing, and maintaining properties that support the needs of local communities and the businesses that operate within them. The company’s work spans the northeastern United States, with more than 10 multi‑family projects already completed or underway in Pennsylvania, along with additional lot, commercial, and industrial developments.

The Mount Vernon project signals the company’s continued expansion and reflects its commitment to long‑term investment in emerging markets across the region.
