Knox County Commissioners approved change orders Tuesday for three parking lots — the main parking lot on Chestnut Street serving the county service center employees; the Knox County Sheriff’s lot on Upper Gilchrist Road; and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lot with handicap-accessible features directly behind the service center.
