Honey Buckets 27, J. Gorsuch Construction 13

The Honey Buckets and J. Gorsuch had a back-and-forth battle in a high-scoring matchup, but Honey Buckets piled on 10 runs in the seventh to take a big 27-13 win. J. Gorsuch had a 10-7 lead going into the third inning, but Honey Buckets tied it up with three runs. J. Gorsuch took the lead with a run in the fourth at 11-10, but Honey Buckets outscored them 17-2 the rest of the way. Travis Born was the star for Honey Buckets, going deep three times and hitting a double. Austin Pagani, Luke Yetzer and Ray Goosetree all homered for J. Gorsuch.

Honey Buckets 17, Mohican Lodge 1

Mohican Lodge had a 1-0 lead after one inning, but Honey Buckets scored seven runs in both the second and third innings and then three more in the fourth to take the easy win. Adamm O’Bryan homered and hit a pair of doubles and Ethan Abell had two hits including a triple for Honey Buckets. The lone run for Mohican Lodge came on a John Riggins home run.

Coffing Electric 6, A-Plus Autobrokers 2

Coffing Electric scored in the first inning and A-Plus tied it up in the fourth inning, but the lead didn’t last long as Coffing Electric tacked on a run to make it 2-1. A-Plus scored another run in the firth to tie the game but Coffing Electric had a pair of runs in both the fifth and sixth innings to seal the win. Dillon Randall had three hits and Brandin Frye had two hits including a double. A-Plus had doubles from Jenny Walter, Justin Parker and Mose Mills.

Coffing Electric 17, Ace of Diamonds 7

Coffing Electric was scorching out of the gate with an eight-run first and seven-run second to go up 15-2 early. The hole was too big for Ace of Diamonds to claw back from and Coffing Electric took the win. Brandon Frye had a triple and two doubles for Coffing Electric, and Dillon Randall had a triple in the win. Brady McMahon homered and added a single for the Ace of Diamonds.

TJ Thorpe 16, Buckeye Crane 4

TJ Thorpe had a commanding 8-1 lead after two innings and cruised to victory over Buckeye Crane. TJ Thorpe led the whole way and scored three runs in the third, three runs in the fourth and two runs in the fifth. Buckeye Crane scored a run in the second and fifth, and had a two-run third inning. Cole Pinkerton provided the power for TJ Thorpe with two homers and a single, while Zack Calabretta had a triple and a pair of singles. For Buckeye Crane, Josh Croston smashed a homer and Dylan Colony had a double and a single.

TJ Thorpe 20, Bad Company 5

TJ Thorpe and Bad Company had a close game going into the third inning with TJ Thorpe up 2-0, but then the offensive explosion began with TJ Thorpe piling on eight runs in the third. They also scored two runs in the fourth and fifth, and then had a six-run sixth. Bad Company scored three runs in the third and two in the fifth. TJ Thorpe was led by Bryce Geiger who had two homers and five total hits in the game. Cole Pinkerton also tallied five hits including three doubles. Bad Company’s Jordan Burson had a triple and two doubles, and Dustin McDowell had a homer and a double.

Howard Hilton 14, Outkast 11

Howard Hilton led 11-4 after two innings but Outkast rallied back with a three-run fourth to close the gap to 11-7. Howard Hilton had a run in the fifth and two runs in the sixth and despite a three-run seventh for Outkast, Howard Hilton was able to hold on for the win. JJ Eshelman of Howard Hilton had four hits including a double and Trevor Dickerson of Outkast had a double and two singles.

Howard Hilton 9, A-Plus Autobrokers 5

Howard Hilton scored five runs in the first and then a run in the second, third, fifth and sixth innings. A-Plus Autobrokers was held scoreless until the fifth inning when they scored a run, and then had a four-run sixth, but it wasn’t enough to come back from the deficit. Justin Parker had a double and a single, and Dane Morningstar had three singles for A-Plus. Howard Hilton was led by JJ Eshelman’s three doubles and Lauren Nickells who tripled and had two singles.

Bad Company 13, Precision Floor and Trim 3

Bad Company had an early 5-1 lead and never looked back on the way to the 10-run win. It was 11-1 until the sixth inning when Precision and Bad Company both scored a pair of runs. Bad Company was led by Jordan Burson who had five hits with a double, and Josh Hall who homered and had a double and two singles. Precision was led by Zach Walls who had a double and a single.

A-Plus Autobrokers 27, Buckeye Crane 1

A-Plus Autobrokers had a dominant victory over Buckeye Crane where the team scored 19 runs over the first three innings, highlighted by an 11-run third. They also had big innings in the second and fifth, scoring seven runs. Buckeye Crane scored its run in the fourth inning. Mose Miller of A-Plus had a homer and two singles. Marc Waiter had five hits with a double. Buckeye Crane’s Maria Hairston had a single and a double and Kevin Earnest had two singles.

Mohican Lodge 6, Tubba's Tops 4

Mohican Lodge jumped on top with a 2-0 lead and held it until the fourth inning when Tubba's Tops scored three runs to go up 3-2. The lead was short-lived, with Mohican Lodge scoring two runs in the fourth and holding on for the 6-4 win. For Mohican Lodge, Tim Burrell had a single, double and a triple and John Riggins had a triple. Trey Kendrick of Tubba Tops had three hits including a triple.

J. Gorsuch Construction 17, Tubba's Tops 8

J. Gorsuch was up 9-1 after three innings thanks to scoring four runs in the first and five runs in the third, and the offense never let up with a six-run fourth and a two-run fifth to cruise to victory. Tubb's Tops did make a comeback effort with three runs in the fourth and four runs in the fifth, but it was too little too late. Cody Smith was the standout player for J. Gorsuch with a homer, a double and two singles. Kayla McLaughlin had a single and two doubles.

Maximum Nutrition 12, Ace of Diamonds 3

Maximum Nutrition and Ace of Diamonds both scored a run in the first but from then on it was all Maximum Nutrition who cruised to a 12-3 win. The big inning came in the final inning despite leading since the first, with Maximum Nutrition piling on five runs in the final frame. Hunter Shields homered and doubled for Maximum Nutrition and Cayleb Cole had double and three singles. For Ace of Diamonds, Brady Mahon had a homer and Sheridan Sullivan had two single and a double.

Maximum Nutrition 14, Outkast 1

Maximum Nutrition had a 12-run burst in the second inning and had an easy 14-1 victory over Outkast. Outkast had its one run in the second. Maximum Nutrition had one-run innings in the first and fourth. Colten Landis and Shawn Maxwell both homered for Maximum Nutrition, with Maxwell adding two singles and Landis adding one of his own. Outkast’s Michael Collins homered and Jared Darr had a triple.

The Hangout 13, Outkast 2

The Hangout scored five runs in the first and five more in the second, and held Outkast scoreless until the fifth in which they scored two runs in what became a 13-2 blowout. Hailey Moore had a double and two singles for the Hangout while Colten Finnell homered and singled for Outkast.

The Hangout 14, Precision Floor and Trim 13

It was a tight battle between The Hangout and Precision Floor and Trim, but despite a four-run inning in a comeback attempt, The Hangout held on for a one-run victory with a run in the seventh inning. The Hangout led 5-1 after two innings but Precision scored five runs in the third to go up 6-5. The Hangout scored two more runs in the third to go up 7-6 but the fourth inning was huge for The Hangout who scored six runs. Precision scored three in the fourth to tie the game, but The Hangout tacked on another run in the final frame to squeak by for the win. J.J. Davis hit a homer, double and single while Cade Finnell hit a homer and had two singles in the win for The Hangout. Anthony Miller had a homer and two singles for Precision.
