Mount Vernon City Schools is reminding all parents and guardians to log in to their OneView Parent Portal to complete important online forms for the 2025–2026 school year. Completing these forms annually ensures that the district has up-to-date information to keep students safe and keep families informed.
Every parent or guardian must fill out two key forms: the Emergency Medical Form and the District Authorizations Form. For middle and high school athletes, an additional Athletics Form is required. Accurate information on these forms enables the district to communicate effectively with families through its automated messaging system.
Families new to the district must also complete these forms through the OneView Parent Portal. Detailed instructions, login help, and resources are available on the district’s website under “For Families” → Parent Resources. If you are familiar with OneView, you can log in and start right away.
For those who need computer access, devices are available at all school buildings and at the Board of Education Office on Martinsburg Road, which is open Monday through Thursday. School building offices reopen on Aug. 1, and building secretaries can assist families with any questions. Reminder emails with instructions will also be sent to all parents.
Families should also watch for school bus route assignments, which will be posted in the second week of August and updated as needed. For additional help, parents can reach out to their building secretary or contact the district registrar or web manager by phone or email. Completing these forms promptly helps ensure a smooth start to the new school year for all students.
