The North Fork Local School District is encouraging parents and guardians to attend a virtual Triple P discussion group program on April 29.

The free 2-hour program which is hosted by Our Futures in Licking County will be held live via Zoom starting at 6:30 p.m.

Interested parties are invited to register via two options: email TriplePSeminar@hotmail.com or by calling (740) 5221234 ext. 26.

"Preparing Teenagers for Risky Situations is a Triple P discussion group program that will help you deal with the day-to-day challenges of parenting teens," Triple P stated. "Frequently, parents become concerned about the safety of their teens as they begin to spend increasing time away from home, especially with new friends."

North Fork Local Schools posted a flyer of the program on Facebook.

"96 percent of the parents who have tried some of Triple P strategies have seen an improvement in their child's behavior!" the flyer reads.
