East Knox Local Schools will host a Red Cross blood drive at East Knox Jr./Sr. High School on Tuesday, Aug. 27 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donors will receive gifts while supplies last.
According to the East Knox Local Schools Facebook page, donors will receive a $20 Amazon e-gift card, a free Tetris T-shirt, and a ticket to Cedar Point while supplies last.
Residents are asked to call 1-800-Red Cross (1-800-733-2767) or visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter EastKnoxHS to schedule an appointment, the Facebook post said.
Donors can save up to 15 minutes by visiting RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass to complete the required pre-donation reading and health history questions on the day of their appointments, according to the Facebook page.
