At Stake: The Blue Devils have been unstoppable thus far, and now they take on a surging Dalton squad in the Division VII, Region 25 state tournament regional finals.

What to Watch:

It is a battle between two of the top seeds in the region in the final game, showcasing a pair of squads who have been dominant throughout the season.

Danville has yet to lose, riding a 13 game winning streak. Walker Weckesser was the KMAC player of the year and score through the passing game and running game alike. Last week he had 126 yards rushing and a touchdown.

However, the big gun for the Blue Devils in the playoffs has been Cole Delaughder. Last week was his biggest yet, with a five touchdown performance and 250 total yards. This year was monumental for Delaughder, who has the most rushing yards in a season of any running back in school history. On the year he has 1,996 total yards and 30 touchdowns (25 rushing, three receiving, two throwing).

Watch for this duo to come out with their best, as they face the formidable number one seeded Dalton Bulldogs.

Last week Dalton beat St. Paul 48-28 and this season they have a 514-134 scoring advantage.

Watch out for running back Greyson Siders, who has been one of the top players on the Bulldogs and scored twice last week and totaled two 300 yards on the ground. He also picked off a pass and returned it for a touchdown.
