Centerburg was able to hold East Knox to only 10 total kills in their match on August 31, with the Trojans taking a sweep win over the Bulldogs.

Centerburg beat East Knox easily in sets one and two by scores of 25-12 and 25-11, and while East Knox made it a little closer in the final set, Centerburg was able to walk away with a 25-17 win to clinch the match in set three.

East Knox was led by Kensley McMillen with three kills, 10 blocks and a dig. Addison Davis had 15 digs, Kiara Knepp recorded 13 digs and Addison Mostaka had 12 digs. Sydney Opfer was the team’s setter, with seven assists.

The Trojans also faced Worthington Christian on Saturday, taking a 2-0 victory by scores of 25-11 and 25-16.
