Licking Valley 40, West Holmes 35
Licking Valley (2-2) came from behind to take down West Holmes (2-2) by a 40-35 score, Friday night. The first quarter saw 39 points put on the board with West Holmes holding a 20-19 lead. Following a scoreless second quarter, a back-and forth third frame saw West Holmes hold a 35-34 lead after three. The Panthers took the lead for good with 5:29 left in the game on a TD pass from Hayden Rodgers to Marshall Carr to secure a five-point win over the Knights.
