To: Unknown Heirs at Law of Belle H. Horn, who died on or about May 29, 1968 in Knox County, Ohio, whose address is unknown:

Unknown Heirs at Law of William H. Horn, who died on or about December 26, 1975, whose address is unknown:

You are hereby notified that you have been named as defendant in a legal action entitled Howard Christian Church, Inc., plaintiff vs Unknown Heirs at Law of the Estate of Belle H. Horn, Deceased, and the Unknown Heirs at Law of the Estate William H. Horn, defendants. This action filed by Howard Christian Church, Inc., has been assigned case number 23QT05-0148 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Knox County, Ohio at 111 E. High Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.

The object of the complaint is to quiet title in the name of the Howard Christian Church, Inc., who received the real property from Belle H. Horn by virtue of a deed filed for record in Deed Volume 258, Page 97 in the name of the Howard Church of Christ, and the termination of any claims of ownership and rights you may have in said real estate. Said real estate is more accurately described as follows:

You are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three successive weeks. The last publication will be made on June 24, 2023 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
