Dronebarger, whose last known address is 11984 Woodview Lane, Fredericktown, OH 43019, will take notice that on January 7, 2026, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lorain filed its Complaint in the Knox County Court of Common Pleas at 117 East High Street, Mount Vernon, OH 43050, assigned Case No. 26FR01-0003 and styled First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lorain vs. John Doe(s) Name Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of David H. Dronebarger and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of David H. Dronebarger, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
