Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, May 11 at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall there will be 3 public hearings before the Municipal Planning Commission.
Case 2023-MPC-11
Will review a request from Central Ohio Farmers Co-op Inc. to Vacate a Portion of Liberty ST and South Alley adjacent to Parcels: 66-00268.000; 66-
04254.000; and 66-09637.000.
Case 2023-MPC-13
Will review an Application for Zoning Amendment from Central Ohio Farmers Co-op Inc. to amend the zoning district for 600 W Vine ST aka Parcel #66- 00268.000 from R-2 to GB.
Case 2023-MPC-15
Will review newly annexed territory to include it in City zoning district(s). The newly annexed parcels include: 70- 00366.005 aka 0 Norton ST; 70-
00366.004 aka 120 Norton ST;
70-00366.000 and 70-
00366.002 aka 1104 W
Gambier ST. The proposal is for all four parcels to be zoned GB.
