April Smith, whose last known address was 3038 Historical Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43207, and whose current address is unknown, shall take notice that on the 27th day of September, 2022 (the moving party) has filed a Complaint for Divorce/Annulment/Legal Separation in the Knox County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 111 East High Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 on September 27, 2022 being Case No 22DV09-0161.
The Complaint alleges the following grounds ____________.
Plaintiff is requesting only those applicable __ that Plaintiff be designated as residential parent for the parties’ minor child(ren), __ that Defendant be ordered to pay child support, __ that Defendant be ordered to pay spousal support, __ for an equitable division of marital assets and debts between the parties. Plaintiff may be seeking to be restored to a former name.
April Smith is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the publication.
Said Complaint will be set for hearing before the Domestic Relations court on or after twenty-eight (28) days after the date of last publication. You may lose valuable rights if you fail to appear for any hearing in the case.
