PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hilliar Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at 5120 Columbus Road, Centerburg, Ohio on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss an application for a variance to build a 3-car garage in front of the existing pole barn, which is currently setback 12.5’ from the property line. The parcel (17-00392.020) is located at 2042 Eckard Road, Centerburg, OH and is owned by Wayne & Barbara Bradley. The application will be available for examination from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. just prior to the start of the hearing. Immediately following the close of the public hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals will reconvene to deliberate and decide upon the requested variance.
