PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Knox County Commissioners will hold a public viewing and a public hearing to consider the request of Wayne Township, Knox County, Ohio, to vacate a portion of a Township Road described as follows: the portion of Dean Road, located to the East of the lot line of Lot 8, Quarter, Wayne Township (Township Road 365C).
The public viewing of the portion of the road will be
Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. and the public hearing will be held in the Knox County Commissioner’s Office,
117 East High Street, Suite 161, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
