MOUNT VERNON – The Knox County Emergency Management Agency is conducting damage assessments of homes impacted by the June 13-14 storms.
These are required to determine whether financial assistance may be available from state or federal agencies to homeowners.
Anyone whose home suffered damage as a result of those storms should contact Knox County EMA at 740-393-6772 or by emailing jdechant@knoxcountyema-oh.gov. Direct all questions to James DeChant via this number or email address.
The damage assessment is restricted to homes and will not include damage to barns or other structures.
