INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Knox County Commissioners is soliciting bids from interested pat1ies to furnish consumable office supplies for the Knox County Department of Job & Family Services, for the 2022 calendar year.
Bid specifications and/or details of specifications are available from the Knox County Depat1ment of Job & Fan1ily Services, 117 East High Street, yct floor, Mount Vernon, Ohio, 43050; attention Renee Gilbert. The Knox County Department of Job & Family Services is an equal oppo11unity employer. Minority vendors me encouraged to bid.
All bids shall be sealed and plainly mai·ked, "KNOX COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES OFFICE SUPPLIES."
All bids shall be submitted to the OFFICE OFTHE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIO ERS, 117 East High Street, Suite 161, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. Bids shall close on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
No bidder shall withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days from the actual date of opening thereof. All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.
Any contract awarded pw-suant to this advertisement shall be awarded to the best and lowest bidder. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids for all or pai-t of the bids solicited and waive technicalities in the bidding of said bid.
