Alan’s Auto rallied from behind with a six-run third inning to win a 10-7 decision over Holmes Tire in Mount Vernon Girls Softball League 8U play on Monday, June 7, at Memorial Park.
Karli Long and Carmen Myers had three hits each to lead Alan’s. Myers hit a home run and Long hit a double.
Joveigh Wilson was one of five different players to have two hits for Holmes. Wilson hit a triple and a double.
Danville Tire & Alignment 8, Central Ohio Power Wash 3
A six-run first inning was all Danville Tire & Alignment needed in an 8-3 win over Central Ohio Power Wash on Monday, June 7.
Peyton Bartok had three hits, including a double, to lead Danville Tire.
Jordyn Murphy and Lilly Alspach had three hits each for Central Ohio.
Jeld-Wen 7, Danville Feed & Supply 5
Jeld-Wen rallied for three runs in the fourth inning to get by Danville Feed & Supply 7-5 on Saturday, June 5.
Kaylin Peck, Evie McCann and Jordan Plumly had two hits each to lead Jeld-Wen. Plumly hit a home run and a double, and Peck and McCann each hit a double.
Sofia Baker had four hits and Claire Ashman had three hits — including a triple and a double — to pace Danville Feed.
Dugan Energy Partners 10, Holmes Tires 2
Dugan Energy Partners scored a run in the first inning to take the lead, but it was a six-run second inning that created distance in a 10-2 win over Holmes Tires on Saturday, June 5.
Raelynn Hall and Bailey Payne had three hits apiece to pace Dugan. Hall hit two triples and Payne added a double.
Joveigh Wilson and Jillian Kelley each had two hits for Holmes. One of Wilson’s hits was a double.
Alan’s Auto 11, Central Ohio Pressure Wash 4
Alan’s Auto started fast with five runs in the first inning and four runs in the second and cruised to an 11-4 win over Central Ohio Pressure Wash on Saturday, June 5.
Jaylynn Pauley and Audrey Cheng had four hits apiece to lead Alan’s, which pounded out 22 hits as a team. Cheng hit a pair of doubles and Pauley added a double of her own.
Prescription Turf Care 17, Danville Tire & Alignment 7
Prescription Turf Care took the lead with a five-run second inning, then scored six runs in the third to take a lopsided 17-7 win over Danville Tire & Alignment on Friday, June 4.
Kaydance Conner had four hits; and Morgan Tocheff, Lexi Horlacher, Haylynn Higgins and Lily Huddleston had three hits each to lead Prescription. Conner hit a triple and Tocheff and Horlacher each hit doubles.
Madison Rezny and Savannah Taylor each had four hits for Danville Tire. One of Rezny’s hits was a double.

Straight A Signs 9, Wigal Orthodontics 4
Straight A Signs took control early with six runs in the first inning and cruised to a 9-4 win over Wigal Orthodontics on Monday, June 7.
Kenzie Staats had three hits, including a triple, and an RBI at the plate and struck out nine batters in the circle to pace Straight A.
Riley Johnston struck out four batters and added a double and an RBI for Wigal.
Griffith & Son Trucking 19, Charlie’s Body Shop 8
Griffith & Son Trucking put together a 17-run first inning and rolled to a 19-8 win over Charlie’s Body Shop on Monday, June 7.
Rylei Moran had two hits and an RBI at the dish and added three strikeouts in the circle to pace Griffith.
Rylan Winkler and Imogen Winkler each hit a double for Charlie’s.
Wigal Orthodontics 14, Lady Amvets 13
Lady Amvets jumped out to a 13-2 lead after an inning and a half. But Wigal Orthodontics came storming back with eight runs in the second to close the gap and then four more in the third to win a 14-13 decision on Saturday, June 5.
Emma Seymour had three hits, including a double, to lead Wigal.
Cadence Cooper, Keely Kline and Adriana Hitchcock had two hits each for Lady Amvets. Kline hit a triple, and Cooper and Hitchcock each doubled.

Don White State Farm 11, Overhead Door 7
Don White State Farm took the lead with two runs in the bottom of the first inning, but it was a six-run second inning that put the game out of reach in an 11-7 win over Overhead Door on Saturday, June 5.
Jaelynn Plumly had two hits, including a double, and Paisley Platt struck out seven batters to lead State Farm.
McKenna May had two hits at the plate and struck out four in the circle for Overhead Door.
Don White State Farm 6, Danville Veterinary Clinic 2
Don White State Farm got all the runs it needed with a three-run first inning and went on to a 6-2 win over Danville Veterinary Clinic on Tuesday, June 1.
Star Hoar punched out 12 batters in the circle for State Farm; and Kyleigh Lannoy had two hits, including a double.
Emerson Creech had nine strikeouts and added a triple on offense to pace Danville Vet. Paisley Platt also hit a triple.

Team Hope 14, CQ Contruction 2
Team Hope jumped out fast with five runs in the first inning and rolled to a 14-2 win over CQ Construction on Monday, June 7.
Emily Marshall had three hits and an RBI; Mykenzie Neitzelt had two hits, including a home run; and Julia Ellis drove in two runs to lead Team Hope. Neitzelt struck out eight batters.
Lauren Risko had two hits and an RBI for CQ.
Lady Amvets 18, CQ Construction 5
Lady Amvets took control with eight runs in the second inning on its way to an 18-5 win over CQ Construction on Saturday, June 5.
Liz Leonard and Aubrey Breckler had four hits apiece to lead Lady Amvets. Leonard doubled twice, Breckler doubled once and Maddy Tocheff hit a home run.
Karma Carpenter had two hits, including a double, for CQ.
Team Hope 13, Ariel 2
Team Hope tallied 11 runs in the opening frame and cruised to a 13-2 win over Ariel on Saturday, June 5.
Lindsey Calkins had two hits, one of which was a homer, to lead Lady Amvets.
Chelsea King had two hits, including a double, for Ariel.
Griffin Insurance 11, Ariel 1
Griffin Insurance scored three runs in the first inning before blowing it open with an eight-run third on its way to an 11-1 win over Ariel on Saturday, June 5.
Kayla Proper and Jaiden Levings had two hits each, and Morgan Yoder struck out nine batters to lead Griffin. Proper and Levings each hit doubles.
Chelsea King struck out three batters, and McKenzie Rudrick’s double accounted for Ariel’s only hit.
Griffin Insurance 8, CQ Construction 4
Griffin Insurance rallied from an early 4-0 hole to defeat CQ Construction 8-4 on Tuesday, June 1. Griffin scored three runs in the second inning, three in the third and two more in the fourth.
Jace Kyle and Azaya Rine had three hits each, and Morgan Yoder and Kayla Proper each homered to lead Griffin. Yoder struck out seven batters in the circle.
Emma Scott had two hits to lead CQ.
Team Hope 10, Lady Amvets 5
Team Hope built a 6-0 lead through 2 ½ innings on its way to a 10-5 win over Lady Amvets on Tuesday, June 1.
Kate Marillat and Broegan Staats had two hits apiece, and Mykenzie Neitzelt struck out five batters to lead Team Hope. Marillat hit a triple and a double, and Staats hit a three-bagger as well.
Kaitlyn Evans had two hits, including a home run, for Lady Amvets.
