PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO GINGER ROBERTSON, CINDY MCMANAWAY, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF GLEN F. BLAIR, JR.:
You are notified that an application has been filed in the Probate Court of Knox County, Ohio asking the Court to admit to probate a document purported to be the lost, spoliated, or destroyed will of Glen F. Blair, Jr. who died on November 29, 2020.
This notice is given to you as a person who would be entitled to inherit from the testator under O.R.C Chapter 2105 if the testator had died intestate, a person named in the will, or in the most recent will prior to the lost, spoliated, or destroyed will that is know to the applicant, or in the most recent will prior to the document that is treated as a will if the most recent will is known to the applicant.
The hearing on the application will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.. The Court is located at 111 E. High St., Mt. Vernon, OH 43050. If you know of any reason why the above application should not be granted, you should appear at the hearing and inform the Court.
