You are hereby summoned that a Complaint has been filed in this court by the plaintiff named herein.

You are required to serve upon the plaintiff’s attorney or upon the plaintiff if she has no attorney of record, a copy of your answer to the Complaint within 28 days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. Said answer must be filed with this Court within three days after service on plaintiff’s attorney, Korey M. Kidwell, 112 North Main Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.

Said Complaint is to sell the real estate of Decedent, Barbara Lucas, known as 103 McKinley Avenue, Mount Vernon, Ohio, and described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Clinton, County of Knox, and State of Ohio, and being 82 feet and 5 inches off the south side of Lot One Hundred Two (102), in the Buckeye Addition as proposed to the City of Mount Vernon, Knox County, Ohio.

Also, situated in the Township of Clinton, County of Knox, and State of Ohio and beginning at the Southwest corner of lot One Hundred Two (102) in the Buckeye Addition as proposed to the City of Mount Vernon and thence west parallel to the North side of said lot One Hundred Two (102) a distance of forty feet to a point; thence north parallel to the west side of said lot One Hundred Two (102) eighty-two feet five inches to a point; thence east parallel to the north side of said lot One Hundred Two (102) a distance of forty feet to a point on the west side of said lot One Hundred Two (102) and thence south along the west side of said lot One Hundred Two (102) a distance of eighty-two feet five inches to the place of beginning, containing 0.75 acres, more or less.

Said property has been appraised at a value of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00).

If you fail to appear and defend, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
