Deposit is due day of sale as  follows:  If appraised value is </= $10,000.00, required deposit is $2,000.00.  If appraised value is greater than $10,000 but </= $200,000.00  required deposit is $5,000.00. If appraised value is greater than  $200,000.00 required deposit is $10,000.00  Balance of purchase is due  on delivery of deed pursuant to court order.  If there are no bids and  said property does not sell on first date of sale, said property will be  offered at a second sale for no minimum bid. The purchaser shall be  responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of  the sale are insufficient to cover.
