Legal Description: Being part of Lot Ninety-five (95) all of Lot  Ninety-six (96) of Northern Addition, and unplatted lands in Quarter  Township One (1), Township six (6), Range thirteen (13), United States  Military Lands, City of Mount Vernon, Knox County, State of Ohio, and  being that land of record in Deed Volume 395, Page 767, in the Knox  County Recorder’s Office and being more particularly described as  follows: Beginning at an iron pin found on the north line of Franklin  Street at the southeast corner of Lot 96; thence from the place of  beginning South 72 degrees 35 minutes 04 seconds West along the north  line of Franklin Street a distance of 102.20 feet to an iron pin found;  thence North 18 degrees 01 minutes 48 seconds West along an easterly  boundary of Sutco, Inc. (D.V. 312, P. 96) a distance of 150.80 feet to  an iron pin found; thence North 72 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds East  along a boundary of said Sutco and a southerly boundary of Gardner (D.V.  366, P. 1042) a distance of 63.37 feet to an iron pin found; thence  South 15 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds East along the westerly boundary  of Jason S. Boyd (D.V. 493, P. 582) a distance of 64.22 feet to an iron  pin found; thence North 72 degrees 35 minutes 10 second East along a  boundary of said Boyd a distance of 42.00 feet to an iron pin found;  thence South 17 degrees 31 minutes 57 seconds East along a boundary of  said Boyd a distance of 86.63 feet to the place of beginning -  containing 0.296 acres, more or less.

Subject to all legal right of way of previous record.

The above described parcel was prepared by me, Samuel W. Vance, from a  survey made in April, 2002. Bearing Basis from Survey P-335. All pins  set are 1/2 inch iron pipe with plastic cap stamped “Vance 6553”.

TO THE WITHIN NAMED:

You are hereby summoned that a complaint (a copy of which is hereto  attached and made a part hereof) has been filed against you in this  Court by Plaintiff named herein.

You are required to serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney, a copy of your  answer to the complaint within 28 days after service of this summons  upon you, exclusive of the day of service on Plaintiff’s attorney. Said  answer must be filed with the Court within three days after service on  Plaintiff’s Attorney.
