Mount Vernon City Schools will provide free on-site lunch at Dan Emmett Elementary School June 5 through July 28 to students 18 months to 18 years old, Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to noon. This Summer Food Program requires that the meals be eaten on site and will not include July 4.
