Knox County Career Center seeks bids for site improvements

Sealed bids for site improvements at the Knox County Career Center School District are being requested by the Board of Education. Interested parties can direct questions to Paul Miller, with copies to Kathrine Greenich and Jordan Kandel. Electronic contract documents are available through DC Reprographics, BX, and Dodge plan rooms.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Knox County Career Center Board of Education, attention Tracy Elliott, Treasurer, at 306 Martinsburg Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. The envelope should be clearly marked "SITE IMPROVEMENTS." The deadline for bid submission is 2:00 p.m., local time on Monday, March 2, 2026. Immediately after this deadline, bids will be opened and read aloud at the Treasurer’s Office at the same address.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Knox County Career Center.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates are not required for this project. Once submitted, no bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after opening. The Board reserves rights including waiving irregularities or rejecting any or all bids and conducting investigations into bidder responsibility.
