The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's soccer team has seen four of its players earn spots on the CoSIDA Academic All-District team. The athletes, Miguel Bello from Madrid, Spain; Dany Chassin from Saint Martin de Londres, France; Brayden Pierson from Lebanon, Ohio; and Micah Post from Abcoude, The Netherlands, were recognized for their achievements both on the field and in their academic pursuits.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District Men's Soccer teams are chosen by College Sports Communicators. These awards honor student-athletes who excel in both sports and academics. To qualify for the Academic All-District award, students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and be sophomores in terms of athletic and academic standing. They also need to be nominated by their Sports Information Department and meet specific performance criteria for soccer: participation in 90% of matches or starting in at least 66% of them.

Mount Vernon Nazarene University is a private Christian institution located on a 327-acre campus in Mount Vernon, Ohio. It serves nearly 2,200 students from various states and countries with a focus on academic excellence and spiritual growth.
