Utica High School faced Heath High School on an emotional senior night, which honored the fall sports seniors. The game also served as a memorial for the late coach Terry Logue, who passed away the previous week.

According to reports, Quarterback Brandon Gibson opened the game with a touchdown from the 3-yard line, concluding a drive that began with Cooper Mason recovering a fumble. Junior Gavin Dugan blocked the extra point, leaving the score at 6-0.

When Heath's scoring began, it continued unabated. Late in the first quarter, Trystan Jones completed another short run to extend the lead to 12-0. Heath attempted a two-point conversion but was unsuccessful.

The second quarter saw further scoring for Heath, attributed to Jones and Cam Stevens. Cam Montgomery successfully made both kicks, bringing the score to 26-0.

Near the end of the half, Tim Beich intercepted Utica’s ball, leading to a late-quarter touchdown by Quentin Sunkle, closing the half at 32-0.

JJ Holloway initiated scoring in the second half with a fourteen-yard run. The remainder of the third quarter remained scoreless; however, Drew Gostrue started the fourth quarter with a touchdown that increased Heath's lead to 46-0.

Utica’s previous game had been affected by injuries, including losing quarterback Aaron Hays. Senior Kamden Hall stepped in and threw his final touchdown pass to fellow senior Hunter McKinney, finalizing the score at 46-7.
