Tim Preisser etched his name into local bowling history by rolling a perfect 300 in the final game of the Knox County Bowling Association tournament at Trio Lanes.

According to Preisser, who has bowled for 25 years but only recently returned to the sport a year and a half ago, he credited his teammates—Woody Miller, John Billman, and John Stephen—for their support during the tournament’s team event. "Without the push and help of my team, it would have been a lot harder," Preisser said.

The milestone marked Preisser’s first-ever perfect game, an achievement for a bowler who competes simply for the love of the game. He also expressed gratitude to the bowling alley’s owners, acknowledging their role in making the moment possible. "None of this would have been able to happen without the owners," he said.

For Preisser, bowling is a hobby and a source of enjoyment, making his 300 game an especially meaningful accomplishment. His dedication to the sport and his team made for a memorable moment at Trio Lanes.
