The No. 25 Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's volleyball team (14-3, 2-1) continued Crossroads League play on Friday, September 15 against Spring Arbor University (7-7, 1-2) inside of Ariel Arena.
The Lady Cougars handled business quickly over Spring Arbor. After a thrilling five set victory at Marian on Wednesday, September 13, MVNU didn’t miss a beat as it swept the visitors by scores of 25-20, 25-19, and 25-7.

The Lady Cougars will be back at Ariel Arena on Saturday, September 16 against (RV) Taylor University at 3:00pm. The match is in remembrance of former MVNU women’s volleyball player, Sarah Yutzy Helmuth, who recently passed after a valiantly fought battle against cancer.
