OLATHE, Kan. — It was a big week on the offensive side of the ball for the Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU) men’s lacrosse team.

Gabe Wolf claimed the Offensive Player of the Week honor from the Heart of America Conference.

Wolf paced the offensive attack for the Cougars in the team’s wins over Thomas More University and Taylor University. The sophomore from Chardon, Ohio, had seven goals and four assists through the two games.

Wolf and the MVNU men’s lacrosse team return to action on Feb. 21 at Heidelberg University. Game time is set for 6 p.m. in Tiffin, Ohio.
