UTICA – A memorial service for Troy Eric Cannon, 49, of Utica will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 20, at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Victor Slutz officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the funeral home.
Troy passed away on May 15, 2022, at Knox Community Hospital. He was born on July 18, 1972, in Mount Vernon to the late Ronald E. and Donna J. (Gordon) Cannon.
Troy was a graduate of Utica High School, class of 1991. For the past several years, he worked at the Utica Feed Mill. He was a master mechanic and helped everyone whenever they needed it. He enjoyed shooting sports, riding his side x side, and working in his shop. He had 16+ years of service to his community and Utica Fire Department.
Troy’s greatest love was his family. He is survived by his brother, Heath (Beth) Cannon; daughters, Samantha (Caden) Kieber, Katlyn Cannon and Shelby Patrick; and honorary children, Brandon Moore, Ashton (Brody) Brown and Timmy Moore. Amy Patrick was Troy’s soulmate for 20 years. Grandchildren, Donnajo Kieber and Landon Kieber; and honorary grandchildren, Hunter Brown and Jaxon Brown, also survive.
