The Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association released its Div. I and II basketball honors, but no local athletes were named.
The divisions III and IV boys basketball All-Ohio teams featured four local student-athletes – Shane Knepp (East Knox), Mckinnon Mead (Centerburg) Grant Bentley (Northmor) and Trenton Collins (Utica).
The OPSWA was created in 1972 to support, promote and recognize coverage of high school sports across Ohio and is endorsed by the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
