Duana Patton, CEO of the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, has joined the board of directors of USAging, a national network advocating health and well-being for older or disabled adults.
Patton’s appointment, announced during a July trade show, means she will represent Region V and serve as a member of the Public Policy Committee of the board.
“I am honored and privileged to serve at the local, state and national level,” Patton said. “My passion is seeing others live their best life possible. Serving on the USAging board gives me the opportunity to do that with a national perspective.”
Patton has been employed with the Area Agency on Aging since 1994 and has served as CEO since 2006. She earned an MBA in health care from the Western Governors University and is a certified executive coach and trainer.
