MOUNT VERNON – Alice V. Thomas, 88, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at the Country Court Nursing Center in Mount Vernon. She was born on May 18, 1932, in Woodsfield to the late H. Clyde and Adda (Eddy) Norris.
