MOUNT VERNON – Bonnie S. Blackford, 64, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, at Country View of Sunbury. She was born on Oct. 6, 1956, in Mount Vernon, the daughter of William and Barbara (Adams) Blackford.
Bonnie was a 1974 graduate of Fredericktown High School. She worked 30 years for the Mount Vernon Developmental Center and was also employed by the Fredericktown Library.
She is survived by her brother, Benjamin (Susan) Blackford of Fredericktown; nieces, Amanda (Tim) Hull and Bethany (Matt) Davis; and her three feline companions, Macy, Mattie and Marney.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will observe a private service.
