Fredericktown (12-5, 9-2) and Northmor (14-5, 10-2) have both been on a roll in the second half of this season, with Northmor leading the KMAC and the Freddies at number two. This time the Freddies came out on top 63-57, making it seven straight wins and putting a stop to Northmor’s seven game streak.
Lady Trojans beat Freddies to take first KMAC title in 10 years

The Lady Trojans (15-3, 9-2) knew going into their game against Fredericktown (11-9, 6-6) that they would need to stifle the offensive play of Cally Carpenter, who trails only Centerburg’s Kayla Larimore in scoring this season. This tactic was a success and Centerburg was able to lock up their first Knox Morrow Athletic Conference (KMAC) title in a decade, with a 49-39 win on Feb. 8.
