2026 Knox County Fair
Enjoy a week of family-friendly entertainment at the 2026 Knox County Fair, taking place July 26 through August 1 at the Knox County Fairgrounds in Mount Vernon, Ohio. The fair features exciting daily attractions, including Giant LEGOs® STEM Play Area, Dino ROAR!, princess parties, live music, rodeos, truck and tractor pulls, demolition derby, harness racing, youth activities, agricultural exhibits, and 4-H and FFA displays. Visitors can also enjoy midway rides, games, delicious fair food, and community exhibits throughout the week. Evening grandstand entertainment includes concerts, competitions, and motorsports, all included with paid fair admission, while parking is free. The Knox County Fair offers fun, education, and lasting memories for families and visitors of all ages.
2026 FlowerFest
Celebrate the beauty of the growing season at the 2026 FlowerFest on August 1 from noon to 3 p.m. at Country Colors Greenhouse in Fredericktown, Ohio. This 4th Annual FlowerFest invites visitors to explore a vibrant selection of locally grown flowers, hanging baskets, annuals, perennials, and unique garden treasures in a welcoming family-run greenhouse. Known as a destination for quality plants grown on-site, Country Colors offers a relaxing atmosphere where guests can stroll through colorful displays, shop for garden favorites, and enjoy the sights and scents of blooming flowers.
