CES Credit Union announced that country artists Simba Jordan and Julia Neville will headline the Fourth Annual Concert Night for the Community on September 19 at the Schnormeier Event Center in Ariel Foundation Park, Mount Vernon.
The event is free and open to the public, offering a family-friendly atmosphere. The lineup features Julia Neville, known as "The Sweetheart of the Hocking Hills," performing at 6:30 p.m., followed by Columbus native Simba Jordan at 8:00 p.m. Organizers say attendees can expect an evening of country rock and soulful performances.
According to Mike Copley, President and CEO of CES Credit Union, "We love this new annual tradition. This concert is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our members and the community. We’re bringing two of the best regional entertainers to a truly unique venue for a night of pure entertainment and fun for the family."
James McLaughlin, Marketing Director, said that this year’s event will include several enhancements aimed at families. "With a history of popular headliners like McGuffey Lane and North to Nashville, CES Credit Union is back with a great lineup, and of course, the concert is free."
CES Credit Union was founded in 1952 as a not-for-profit financial cooperative serving residents and workers across eight Ohio counties. The organization operates service centers in Mount Vernon, Coshocton, Delaware, Loudonville, and Utica.
