Centerburg Senior Services will hold a community fundraising dinner on Wednesday, March 18, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at 182 W. Houck St., Centerburg, Ohio.
The event is open to the public, and organizers encourage residents to invite friends, neighbors, and family to share in the evening.
Dinner will feature hearty servings of soup beans and ham with cornbread, available for dine‑in or carry‑out. Meals are offered by donation only, making it easy for everyone to participate and support local programs.
The fundraiser is made possible through strong community partnerships. Sponsors include Centerburg Pointe, Jacque’s Kids Food Pantry, Luminary Hospice, Star Home Health, and the Central Ohio Joint Fire District. Their support helps ensure these events continue to bring people together while raising funds for vital services.
Organizers say the dinner promises to be “scrumdiddlyumptious” and encourage residents to mark their calendars. With good food, good company, and a shared purpose, the evening offers a chance to strengthen community ties while supporting senior services in Centerburg.
Centerburg Senior Services, a non-profit organization, provides Meals on Wheels and support services for seniors living in Centerburg Village, Hilliar, Liberty, and Milford Townships, in Knox County. They are funded by the Knox County Senior Levy and private donations.
