Pine Hill Independent Senior Living Community is hosting a downsizing seminar titled "Beyond Spring Cleaning" on Tuesday, February 24, at 1:00 pm. The event will be presented by Songbird Transitions, a company that assists older adults in downsizing and moving into senior living communities. The seminar aims to provide attendees with skills and strategies for effective downsizing.
Samantha Stearns, the founder of Songbird Transitions, will lead the presentation. She has helped over 700 families in Central Ohio with the downsizing process over the past decade. Stearns said, "With a deep affinity for human connection, Sam loves helping clients find the joy in moving to smaller homes." Songbird Transitions offers services such as full-service move management, sorting, packing, space planning, unpacking, interior redesign, estate dispersal, donation and furniture sales coordination, house clear-outs, and home sale preparation.
The seminar will take place at Pine Hill Independent Senior Living Community on The Campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home located at 125 Eastern Star Road in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
