The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's golf team concluded its fall season with a commendable performance at the Holy Cross Invitational. The event took place at the Warren Golf Course at Notre Dame on October 20-21, where MVNU secured fourth place among 11 teams.
The team finished with a total score of +73 over the two-day tournament, recording +31 on the first day and +42 on the second. Jack Mayle was the standout performer for MVNU, achieving a sixth-place finish with a score of +14. Teammates Carter Hancock and Bennett Hill both tied for 14th place, each scoring +18. Will Streby came in 24th with a score of +24, while Hunter Smith ended up tied for 37th with a score of +30.
