Centerburg achieved its third consecutive victory on Friday night, defeating Loudonville 41-0 and securing its largest win of the season.

According to reports, the Trojans improved their record to 4-1, making a strong comeback after a Week 1 loss. Over their last three victories, they have outscored opponents by nearly four touchdowns per game, showcasing a combination of explosive offense and stifling defense.

Centerburg's defense was dominant against Loudonville, holding the Redbirds scoreless and limiting their opportunities. The Trojans' offense took control early with a series of significant plays that quickly determined the game's outcome.

"We’re building confidence each week, and our players are buying in," Centerburg’s coach said. "When we execute, we know we can compete with anyone."

The defeat marked Loudonville’s third consecutive loss, bringing their record to 2-3 for the season. They struggled to find rhythm against Centerburg’s relentless pace on both sides of the ball.

Centerburg is set to return home on Friday to host Cardington-Lincoln in a Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference matchup at 7 p.m. With momentum on their side, the Trojans are emerging as contenders in the league race.
