Knox County Board of Elections Early Voting only takes place at the Board of Elections Office. Absentee and Early Voting at the Board of Elections begins Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 8:00 A.M. for the November 4, 2025 General Election and early voting ends Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. No Early voting is held on Monday, November 3, 2025! Absentee (vote by mail) and In Office Early voting is available to ALL REGISTERED VOTERS. No reason is needed.
