Scott Hartley, Superintendent, North Fork Local School District | northfork.k12.oh.us

North Fork Schools is inviting students, parents, staff, and the community to help shape the district's direction for the next three to five years.

"Your voice is vital to shaping North Fork's future," Superintendent Scott Hartley stated. "To ensure a broad and informed perspective, the planning process will include opportunities for feedback from various stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and community members."

Community members will have several opportunities to share their perspectives, beginning with an online survey that will be launched in August. The survey is designed to gather broad input on experiences, priorities, and ideas and will be easily accessible to all stakeholders.

One-hour sessions of focus group discussions will also be conducted to encourage open and honest dialogue. These sessions will be an avenue for participants to raise challenges, offer insights into opportunities, and share their vision for North Fork Schools.

Central to this process is the belief that the voices of students, parents, staff, and community members are vital in creating a plan that truly reflects the district’s values and aspirations.

The insights gathered from these efforts—alongside interviews and research—will be used to identify key trends and inform the creation of strategic goals and objectives.
