The Knox County Chamber of Commerce has announced a free workshop Nutrition Hot Topics with Connections Fitness will take place on the third Monday of this month. The event will feature registered Dietician Laurie Coleman, who will present the discussion titled "Food and Mood- How Diet Affects Our Mental Health."
