Ready, Set, MOVE!
Get ready to get moving with Ready, Set, MOVE!, a fun and inclusive fitness program presented by Knox DD in partnership with Lashley Training. Classes begin Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Lashley Training, 60 Parrott St., Mount Vernon. These weekly sessions are designed for anyone served by Knox DD and focus on promoting health, wellness, and community engagement through physical activity. Participants can sign up for one class or all, with a maximum of 20 people per session. Admission is free, but RSVP is required.
