Knox County to host panel on 25 years of conservation efforts

A panel discussion is scheduled to take place in Knox County to mark 25 years of conservation efforts in the region. This event will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM EDT, at the Brown Family Environmental Center located at 9781 Laymon Road, Gambier, Ohio.

This gathering brings together local experts from various organizations, including the Philander Chase Conservancy, the Owl Creek Conservancy, and the Area Development Foundation. Additionally, a local landowner and easement grantor will join to share their insights.

The event aims to celebrate the 25th anniversaries of the county's two land trusts and explore the community impact of conservation efforts, alongside future development plans.
