A live cooking demonstration featuring registered dietician Laurie Coleman is scheduled to take place on March 26, 2025. The event will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EDT at Connections Fitness, located at 1375 Yauger Rd., Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
The session will focus on preparing a healthy meal in under 30 minutes. Attendees will learn how to make sautéed turkey cutlet with avocado sauce, roasted parsnips, sautéed mushrooms, and fall and winter baked fruit without added sugar. Laurie Coleman will share her nutritional expertise during the demonstration.
