The East Knox FFA of East Knox Local Schools announced that on February 19, the chapter held its annual member awards banquet in the high school gymnasium, following a catered meal in the cafeteria. The announcement was made in a press release on February 28, 2025.

According to the press release, approximately 240 members, parents, and guests attended the East Knox FFA annual member awards banquet. Scholarships were awarded to members with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, with recipients ranging from freshmen to seniors. Ethan Phillis and Andrew Poff were recognized as American FFA Degree candidates, while Jesse Wolford and Hailey Frazee earned their State FFA Degrees. New officers for 2025-2026 were announced, and retiring officers received plaques for their service.

A total of 46 FFA members were recognized for their achievements in career development events across 42 different contests. First-year members were awarded the Greenhand Degree, and second-year members earned the Chapter Degree. Third and fourth-year members received recognition with plaques, while Star awards were given to those excelling at various levels. The Honorary Chapter Degree was presented to individuals who supported the FFA, including Fawnda Bible-Stahl, Tracy Beckett, and Kim Grindle. The Didinger Service Award was given to Kay Holton for her dedication to the program.

The banquet also honored several members for their exceptional service and achievements. Mackenzie Wilson, Blake Elliott, and Aiden Kapper received outstanding service awards for their state gold-rated officer books. Jasmine Smith and Wilson were recognized as top fruit salespeople, while other awards highlighted the dedication and contributions of students and supporters throughout the year.

East Knox Local School District, located in Howard, Ohio, is home to the East Knox FFA Chapter which supports student development through agricultural education and leadership opportunities. The chapter recognizes achievements such as American and State Degrees and is led by a 2024-2025 officer team including Dylan Springer as President and Hayden Baker as Vice President. The chapter also organizes events like fruit and strawberry sales to support its activities.
